Pamplona, ES

Born and raised in Pamplona, I was lucky enough to be able to explore this city from a very young age, spending the winters skiing in Jaca and part of my summers with my family in Cadiz.

I experienced my first San Fermin when I was barely 4 months old, but it was the first time my parents introduced me to the Kilikis and Giants. Throughout my childhood, I remember waiting anxiously on July 6th to be able to dress in white with my red handkerchief, go with my cousins to the barracks, watch the fireworks with my friends, go with my grandmothers to the fair and watch the Chupinazo in the first row.

Having experienced San Fermin as I grew up and sharing great moments with friends and family is a privilege not everyone has.
I have been equally fortunate to spend much of my winters in Jaca, skiing since I was 4. Having explored the mountains and villages of the Aragonese Pyrenees the way I have done, has ended up turning the Tena Valley into my second home.

Fort Lauderdale, USA

Growing up in South Florida, a region proudly reflecting its Spanish influence and heritage, it was only natural for me to develop a healthy curiosity in Spanish history, culture, and tradition.

This natural affinity has only grown stronger since marrying into an incredible Spanish family, as I’ve had the privilege of becoming immersed in the history, customs, and welcoming way of life that captivated my younger self. Through AleVia, I wish to share with others that which has so generously been shared with me; knowledge, passion, and truly authentic experiences largely reserved for those who call Spain home.

When I’m not bringing a little southern hospitality to Northern Spain, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors with friends and family, and pursuing new creative ventures.
